Courses: Take the River, Take the Highway,

they are both the same.

Stay where you are – that’s a different game.

Growth is an Answer,

Quest is a name.

Courses will follow,

wherever you go.

You’ll find them

even when you don’t want to know,

the eerie, ephemeral shift of the show.

Stay on your tippy toes,

Go with the flow,

Or relax in the sunshine,

Let the storms go!

Yes, we get battered,

Yes, we are scared,

But what does the future know

about being there?

We are here in the Now,

We can accept where we are,

We still can follow the wandering star. 

Now and forever,

(shudder the past).

We are the future – Now and at last.
