Jerry thought it was more like 'flog the help' than a proper staff meeting, and it's supposed to be an incorporated consumer run program anyway, which means the consumers/guests/peer line is not supposed to exist much less done that way...

No paper agenda. Random complaints thrown out, but not allowed to respond...

Rumors of discussing Jerrys attitude, but no one considering their part in contributing to that attitude..

1. Asked for 1 day / week, but never really heard
2. Had wanted the week off for a conference in town, but was only able to switch days...
3. Person(s) running the meeting was also who the major issue was with, a no no in conflict resolution...
4. Spending excessively ($500-$1000 / day on food for parties?)
5. CWC went $20k in debt in 3 months of operation???
6. Playing "hide the CWCKeys" from the "ranking officer(s) on duty"
7. Lori Not Reimbursing Jerry for 5 months of work ala OPFC History, now about a year after the work...
8. County NOT CONSUMERS making decisions like Xmas 'on hold'

Looking forward to official notes from that meeting, as it was my last...
