This day long conference was created by a OOOFC organizing subcommittee to disburse information about drop in centers to Fairfax County consumers in the hopes of organizing the three planned centers for Fairfax County.

Jerry videotaping plenary (Keynote & Diane and open mike) speakers was attempted, but the home movie quality required video editing which is very equipment intensive, and/or expensive.
