Public Mental Health agencies in Northern Virginia seek a dynamic leader to educate providers, consumers and others about recovery concepts and services and manage innovate projects. Candidates must demonstrate: strong knowledge of mental health recovery and services; ability in organizational change; collaborate leadership style; ability to plan and oversee human service projects, including fiscal management, supervision and outcomes measurement; strong skills in communication, advocacy and organizing.
