Suggesting the following approach...

 

Questions

 

1. Why it would not work?

  • Long complicated process...
  • Not well understood.
  • No Peer position yet to support application and administration of projects.
  • People too busy with other projects and holidays to participate.
  • Difficulty getting the word out to Individuals as well as groups who might want to start something.
  • Lapse funds taking from existing proposal projects, when efforts should be back paid to at least July...
  • Unstaffed RRWG
  • Lack of fiscal agents for startup orgs, which RRWG might be able to do if it became incorporated...

  • People need money to do recovery projects
